1. Acceptance of these website terms
CourierThis is provided for small online shops that need to compare delivery options, book pickups and manage shipping admin across South Africa. By accessing the site, completing a form, using the comparison tools, or proceeding with a booking request, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the business you represent and that you accept these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the site and any related booking service. We may amend these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operational requirements, or legal duties. The version displayed on the site at the time of use will apply.
2. Use of the comparison and booking service
The platform is intended to help users compare courier options, delivery times and available service levels, then submit booking requests for pickups, local deliveries, national deliveries, returns collections and related shipping tasks. Information shown on the site is based on the details provided by you, courier partner data, and operational rules that may change without notice.
- You must provide accurate collection addresses, parcel details, contact names and business information.
- You must ensure parcels are packed safely, labelled clearly and suitable for transport.
- You must not use the service for prohibited, dangerous or unlawful goods.
- You remain responsible for checking courier limits, size rules, cut off times and any area restrictions before confirming a booking.
We may decline, pause or cancel a request if the details are incomplete, inaccurate or not suitable for the selected delivery option.
3. User responsibilities for small shops
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account details, order data and any access links issued for your business. Where multiple staff members use the same account, you remain responsible for all activity linked to that account. Please keep your shop records up to date, especially addresses, trading names, pickup instructions and recipient details.
- Review all booking summaries before submission.
- Confirm that parcels are ready at the stated pickup time.
- Notify us promptly of address changes, cancellations or failed collections.
- Keep proof of contents, order references and parcel weights for your records.
We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect information, inaccessible premises, load shedding at your premises, municipal access issues, strikes, weather or any event outside our control.
4. Pricing, payments and service changes
Courier prices, delivery estimates and service options may change at any time before a booking is confirmed. Where a courier partner applies a surcharge for remote areas, oversized parcels, re-delivery, waiting time or special handling, that cost may be passed on to you. Final pricing depends on the selected route, parcel details and service level.
All amounts are shown in Rand unless stated otherwise. If a payment fails, a booking may be held, cancelled or released only after the outstanding amount is settled. We may update or withdraw any service offering, including economy shipping, express shipping, tracking support or multi order processing, at our discretion and where reasonable notice can be given.
5. Liability, service limits and prohibited use
CourierThis provides a comparison and booking service, not a guarantee that every courier option will be available in every area or at every time. Delivery remains subject to the terms of the relevant courier partner and the condition of the parcel at collection. We do not accept responsibility for indirect loss, lost profit, missed sales, reputational harm or any consequential damages arising from use of the site or a courier booking.
- No unlawful, fraudulent or misleading use of the site.
- No attempt to interfere with site security, booking data or rate information.
- No submission of fake collections, false parcel details or unauthorised orders.
- No use of the service to transport restricted items without lawful clearance.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where South African law does not allow it to be limited.
6. Contact, privacy and governing law
For account queries, booking support or service questions, clients should use the enquiry form on our contact page. We do not require public contact details to be displayed in these terms, and any response will be handled through the official support channel provided on the site. Information submitted through the service will be used to process enquiries, manage bookings and provide operational support in line with our privacy practices.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute relating to the use of the site or the booking service will be handled in the South African courts with jurisdiction over the matter. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
